MARKET MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY The Market Manager oversees, plans and implements all sales activities for CWS operation in a specific geographical territory. The position also oversees and directs a staff of 8 to 12 Business Account Executives. Objectives include meeting company sales and billing goals, staff recruitment and development, achieving high levels of client retention, aggressive new client acquisition, vertical market growth and overall profitability.
Position interacts with and reports to the Executive Management team of CWS. The position also interacts with clients on a regular and continual basis.

Minimum Education Requirements:
High School degree or GED, 4-year degree preferred, but not required.
Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
2+ years experience in management, outside sales, and/or wireless communications preferred.
JOB DUTIES, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales and Leadership
Processing customer orders
Trouble shooting and problem solving
Create and coordinate support materials including proposals, analysis and exhibits.
Perform comparative bill analysis for prospective clients
Perform Customer Service related duties and follow-ups
Develop creative sales strategies and share best practices with other supervisors
Meet and exceed all division monthly and annual sales goals
Execute strategies for long-term relationship selling
Strategically evaluate and implement growth tactics in new business development
Staff Development
- Recruit, manage and motivate a direct selling staff of 5-12 Business Account Executives
- Train new and current sales reps in opening/closing, lead generation, and customer relations
- Monitor sales reps to ensure that revenue and sales goals are being met
- Perform “Ride-Alongs” in order to monitor and improve the quality of sales presentations
- Create and foster a team-centered environment
- Create incentives for sales reps to achieve beyond their goals
- Lead through accountability and trust
- Complete Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Reports
- Assist the executive management team with trade shows, presentations, and other duties
- Operate a Retail Store
Marketing
- Responsible for lead generation through telemarketing, networking, trade shows, meetings, relationship building and other marketing efforts
- Networking with local organizations and business to create presentation and marketing opportunities for company products and services
- Identify and prospect key decision makers within existing and prospective corporate customers
- Effectively manage a territory to maximize business potential
- Must be a Creative and strategic thinker
- Have an Understanding of Brand building
- Understand web, internet and new media
- Must be able to sell and understand tech
- Stay current on the evolving trends in technology
WORKING CONDITIONS
Must understand vague and implicit instructions and react favorably in all work situations; must be mentally adaptable and flexible in dealing with a variety of people. Must be knowledgeable in office procedures, and able to answer questions in a professional and friendly manner. Must understand people and be able to communicate effectively with them.
Must be able to sit/stand for periods of 2 to 4 hrs and be able to lift 30 lbs. Must have average typing skills. Must be able to handle Frequent multi-task projects and high-level presentations & deadlines. Must be able and willing to travel as needed. Must be willing to work extended hours and occasional weekends.
